You'll be just one block away from Cesar Chavez St, a major thoroughfare that goes into downtown, where there's an eclectic mix of dining, drinking, retail, services, gas stations, and single family homes. We're only a few short blocks from the Lady Bird Lake trail and head over Longhorn Dam, which pops you out onto a hiking, biking, and running loop that is several miles long. Would definitely stay here again. Rented a car but really didn't need one since this location is no more than a minute walk to attractions, bars, food, etc. The tiny house is a great spot! We always feel perfectly safe, and our street is well lit and comfortably "busy", while still being completely residential. The coordination with the hosts was impeccable and so easy. Other than that, we have only great things to stay about The Kanga and our accommodating hosts! Parking was always available at the tiny house. There are many more options for dining and services.
